The Mother of the Sea Sculpture has been designed by the Danish Visual Artist Michala Brincker.

Quote from Michala: "Working in clay is peaceful and liberating as I'm so close to the nature. The material is so alive - and that is what I love about working in clay. As I'm fascinated by the sea and as I am a woman, I thought that making a mother of the sea sculpture would be inspiring for me. So here you see the result. A woman who is integrated with the whale and is one with the being".
